Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured by trusted partners in China and are clearly labelled with their country of origin in accordance with applicable regulations.

We work with international brands and suppliers to bring thoughtfully designed, high-quality products to the Canadian market.

Are your products safe for pets?

Yes. We prioritize safety in both material selection and production processes.

All materials are chosen to meet applicable non-toxicity and safety standards for pet products. We also apply processes such as high-temperature sterilization to help ensure cleanliness and safety.

As with all pet toys, we recommend supervised play and regular inspection.

What quality standards do your products follow?

Our products are manufactured in facilities that undergo independent third-party audits, including SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit).

These audits cover key areas such as labour standards, health and safety, environmental practices, and business ethics.

What does SEDEX / SMETA mean?

SEDEX is a globally recognized platform for responsible sourcing, and SMETA is one of the most widely used audit frameworks.

Facilities that are SMETA-audited are evaluated across labour practices, health and safety, environmental impact, and ethical business standards.
